Web hosting provider HostICan (hostican.com) has completed the transition to its new administrative and operations facility located just outside Richmond, Virginia.
According to its Tuesday announcement, HostICan has designed the new facility with automation in mind to improve customer service, which allows more control in all facets of managing their customer’s hosting experience. They are proud to provide a new and improved US-based, in-house call center which is available around-the-clock.
HostICan will continue to operate its Washington, DC data center, but the new facility houses a private data center that promises to meet customers’ collocation needs, both in power and connectivity. The company said it is well positioned to be the most connected facility in the Richmond metro area.
